A) gather up your jackets:

is sing my semisonic cover song "clothing time."

this joke is based on my love of the song “closing time” by semisonic.
i love it so much i don’t even mind the rhyme of “jackets” & “exits.”

i wonder what would happen if they ever went FULLY sonic.
i bet they would have even more songs that i’d be a big fan of.

all right, clothing time on this joke.
you don’t have to go home but you can’t stay here.
i mean, you can stay here if you want, but i’d recommend moving forward to the rest of the jokes in this message.

B) new dating reality show idea:

people can't see or hear each other.
they can only use their sense of smell.
they send worn clothing items back and forth with written messages.
eventually, if they pick a mate, they get to put a face and voice to the smell.
i call it "i odor you." (pronounced like “i adore you.”)
or maybe "heaven-scent."

this joke is based on my love for the show “love is blind.”
on that show, people can’t see each other but they CAN hear each other.
this show would take it even further!

if we were to name this show in the same manner as “love is blind,” it would of course be “love is anosmic,” but i think that might make it so that people wouldn’t watch it, listen to it, OR smell it.

C) coattail riding:

*three kids on each other’s shoulders enter a clothing store*
“hello yes, we i mean i would like to see what you have in trenchcoats”

this joke is based on my love for little kids dressing up as adults in trenchcoats.
it’s extra funny to me because of how few adults actually wear trenchcoats.
like, i bet more trenchcoats are full of kids than adults.
does anyone out there wear a trenchcoat?
